This workout DVD made me realize that I need to rest in God's presence and meditate on the Word of God more often. I'm a worshiper at heart. I do not mind putting on some worship music and singing my heart out to the Lord but to do praise postures and reflect about each scripture affirmation has been amazing. I feel more energy and i'm becoming more flexible plus what's a greater way to start your day than to start it with Yahweh, our Father God.   To top it off, I love hearing and reading testimonies on how people came to Christ!
