7 years since my last hospitalization in psychiatric care

     Hey Loves,      In the month of July, I shared on my Social Media my experiences with Bipolar and Dating, Mental Health and Education, and Mental Health and Ministry. But I did want to write a blogpost about how it's been 7 years since my last hospitalization in psychiatric care! I've had four hospitalizations and ever since my last one in 2014, I realized that something was truly wrong with me that I had no control over. Why I Wrote My NEW Book "Dear Pandemic: How I lived in Quarantine Before It Happened "

  My Reason & Excerpt from my book: "Introduction" WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK? I felt this book was so needed at such a time as this. Even though world is slowly opening back up again, people are left traumatized from the aftermath of being in quarantine. People's mental health have declined and I can relate so dearly. I wanted to be able to encourage at least ONE person that they are not alone in their journey and that they too can overcome! I wanted the person that is facing isolation, depression, anxiety etc to get the professional mental health services that they need and not feel alone or ashamed about it. I wanted a person to see that even in the midst of a pandemic that God can still favor them in rough seasons and that He is with them! I wanted them to know God loves and cares about them so dearly.
