Illustrated & Photo Cred: Gabriel Reed     Ahhhhh!!! I'm so excited to announce that my very first new book, "All That Glitters Ain't Gold: A Guide for Every Girl to be Godly Esteemed is NOW available on Amazon as a paperback only. My book was completed in the month of completion. It definitely was not an easy process, but I'm so glad one of my very dear prophecies came to pass four years later that I would write a short self-esteem book for girls. And here it is, I finally did it! This book is truly my baby. Here's a snippet of what the book is about:       All That Glitters Ain’t Gold- A Guide for Every Girl to be Godly Esteemed is an invitation for every girl to dig deep into their lives and be esteemed no matter  what chapter they are in their life. Be prepared to journal and feel as if you are having authentic girl talk with Shere

I want to break bad habits and build good habits! This year I plan to target one of many areas of my life that I have been consistently inconsistent with and that is my health and fitness. I decided to go against that gluttony spirit and binge eating and lack of consistently working out by owing it to myself. I decided this will be the year I get into my fitness and serious about my health and it is not easy whatsoever! But I'm doing it for me. I don't want my stomach or food to be my god or idol (Philippians 3:19) I don't want to be in bondage in my body. I want a healthy life. It is by the grace of God that I've ne
